The vision for the Healthy Planet, Healthy Minds conference is to bring together community members, students,  and colleagues to explore our shared connection as human beings to the natural environment upon which we all depend, and in particular the restorative powers of nature to improve our mental health and well-being. We will share knowledge, research and ideas to enhance mental health and wellness in our homes, schools and communities, in the Kawartha Lakes and beyond.
