When is the conference?

The Healthy Planet, Healthy Minds conference takes place on March 25, 2017.

What is included in each ticket price?

We have two price categories - General Admission and Student. The full conference is $30 for GA, and $20 for students. This includes admission to workshops, exhibits, the keynote speaker, panel discussion, and reception. If you are unable to attend the full day, we have the option of 'Daytime' tickets, which include the workshops and exhibits, or 'Evening' tickets, which include the keynote speaker, panel discussion, and reception. Both are $20 each for general admission, and $10 for students.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Please bring either your printed ticket, or a digital copy using the Eventbrite app.

How do I register for workshops?

You can sign up for workshops when you arrive at the conference on March 25th.

​

Does it cost extra to participate in specific workshops?

All workshops are included in your ticket price.

Is dinner included?

Dinner is not included in the conference ticket price, but can be purchased separately for $25 by visiting our Eventbrite page by March 16: https://www.eventbrite.ca/e/healthy-planet-healthy-minds-eco-health-conference-tickets-31260446838.

The locally sourced dinner has meat and vegetarian options and includes:

• Carmelized Onion and Mushroom Shepards Pie with Scalloped Sweet Potato Crust

• Oven Baked Penne Pasta with oven roasted Tomato Sauce

Sides:

• Market Greens Salad with Assorted Dressings

• Dinner Rolls

• Sauteed Root Vegetables

Desserts:

•  Assorted Dessert Squares

•  Fresh Sliced Fruit Tray

Do I have to pay for parking during the conference?

Parking at Fleming College-Frost Campus is free during the conference!
