The buffet dinner at the conference is sourced from as many local vendors as seasonally possible. Dinner is $25 a plate and includes the following:

  • Carmelized Onion and Mushroom Shepards Pie with Scalloped Sweet Potato Crust

  • Oven Baked Penne Pasta with oven roasted Tomato Sauce
